As To Be Well Said
"For those going through a heartbreak, not like me but like what I was."
"Rejection is bitter and being accepted makes us happy but for me I never felt like I was happy even after I was accepted."
As To Be Well Said;
As to Be Well Said;
The beginning for us was the epilogue,
It was the end of us, which I denied.
We loved each other, but our luck went rogue.
"Oh God, why did you do this to us?" I cried.
As to Be Well Said;
I had the worst life one could count,
For every vicious thing, I blamed God.
In trying to prove the world wrong, I fought,
But it left me tired, lost in thought.
As to Be Well Said;
"It's never too late," they say,
"I wished that were true," I sighed.
I realized some are just deprived of luck,
And to face a better ending, to ourselves we lie
Alone, with sobbing hearts, we quietly died.
As to Be Well Said;
I cried, wanting her to myself, I would recite,
But she went so far, her charm out of reach.
We were together again—I had a sight,
But just as I reached her, my alarm gave a screech.
As to Be Well Said;
To continue with life, we must grow hope,
The chance for forgiveness was still in scope.
We fought, but when apart, we found
Our hearts still tied with an unbroken rope.
Our destiny washed with soap, love long drowned.
As To Be Well Said;
In our graves we lay,
A mess of our love, we made that day.
Though our story may end in sorrow, a sob-filled crate,
I give up to fate—
As to be well said.
